These terms govern use of ContentOS ("the Service"), operated by ContentOS ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
Accounts
Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for their account and all activity that happens under it.
Acceptable use
No illegal use, no uploading content you don't have rights to, and no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
Content ownership
You retain ownership of content you upload and the content generated for you. We claim no ownership of your content.
AI-generated output
Output is generated by AI and provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing. We don't guarantee accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed via Razorpay on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices may change with notice.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is"; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
